Small Parcels

STANDARD SERVICE

Orders under 2Kg which are sent on a standard service will go by air mail and will usually take 6-11 working days to arrive.

Small packets sent by Royal Mail have tracking details. Where it is less expensive to send your parcel by FedEx, we will use the less expensive service.

By placing an order on this web site, customers in the USA are authorising us to complete the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Certification on their behalf for the US Customs.

PLEASE NOTE: Local import taxes may apply to your order when it reaches your country. Import taxes vary in each country and to get this information, you will need to check with your local Import tax authorities.

EXPRESS SERVICE

FedEx priority service from starts at £22.31 and your order will be delivered in approximately 2 - 3 business days from placing your order. (We cannot send items to a Post Office Box number addresses by FedEx)

Larger Parcels

Parcels between 2Kg and 20Kg and/or larger than 18" x 15".

Larger parcels are sent by FedEx and have tracking details. Prices start from £22.31 and your order will be delivered in approximately 2 - 3 business days from placing your order*. (Excludes PO (Post Office) Box number addresses) *We will send certain watercolour brushes by air mail at our discretion and notify you when doing so.

Some areas can incur additional shipping charges when in isolated areas or off the mainland. We will email you any addtional charges before the items are shipped.

Please note: There are certain oversized items such as large studio easels and big cartons of canvas which can't be shipped outside the UK. We are also unable to send any flamable items such as solvents and aerosols. You will be notified if you have any of these restricted items in your cart when you set your country.
