Great value, slight fault
Quick delivery as usual and securely packed. Great value product although one tube had a faulty screw and cap wouldn't go back on. Swiftly replaced. Thank you. One day I will learn how to get into your incredible packing!

It doesn't come with the same colours listed on this website. 6 out of 12 colours are different from what was listed. I probably would have bought this set if I know the colours I was going to get from it. Looking at the different colours 4 out of 6 were replaced by a cheaper colour. I sent an email to sales department regarding this issue and basically was told it's a winsor Newton thing. And bad luck I got the wrong colours. Then I sent another email asking for a return/refund option, then another email 1 week later to remind them. I haven't heard any answers by now. Very very disappointed with the services.
Bromleys Art Supplies responded:<p>Very sorry with the email issue, we did reply to the first one, but not the second as it was not received by us. W&N can change the colours in the sets from time to time without giving any notice to us. Unfortunately we should have checked our last batch of sets coming into stock so we could update our web site. This has now been done and the colours in the set are as shown on our web site. If the colours are critical to your purchase, you can always contact us by email or phone so we can open a box and let you know the exact colours you will get.</p>

Whoever designed the new paint tube labels certainly new how to break all the rule for package design. Say no more. The paint box was beautifully protected with packaging but the contents of the tin just rattled about, bruising the tubes. Its about time Winsor and Newton redesigned the tin to stop the paints rolling about inside. On the bright side, gorgeous vivid colours.
