  • High Quality

A high quality full-bodied stand oil. I have used this for many years mixed with distilled turpentine, making a reliable painting medium with a great working consistency.

  • Linseed stand oil gives oil paint a viscous and semi transparent quality

I mix linseed stand oil with oil paint to give the paint a creamy viscous quality. You can control the.viscosity by adding linseed oil to the stand oil making it slightly thinner, or you can add turpentine to make it even thinner. Apply with a hog hair brush and scrub it on or apply it liberally over dry previously painted areas.
