Pro Arte Series 22 Varnish Brush Flat

I like these for painting with. A very well constructed brush that lasts and is hard wearing. I have used these for some time and love them.

excellent quality brushes, I am using them as paste brushes for final assembly of paper collage pictures, ideal as the bristles stay in place.

Overall it does its job splendidly, but occasionally the odd hair may fall out of the brush. As one can imagine, this can be slightly problematic when varnishing, especially if one isn't paying enough attention to the surface being varnished. This is only a minor quibble though - it's easy enough to remedy, especially given the removable nature of varnish.
