Fabriano Pittura Paper Blocks contain 10 sheets of 400gsm (158lb) paper, glued on all four edges to minimise warping while you work - ideal for heavier paint applications and wet techniques. It offers a lightly textured, natural grain surface suitable for acrylic, oil, gouache and mixed media work.
The paper is made using the Fourdrinier process from high-quality cellulose pulp. It is acid-free, ensuring long-term surface stability and resistance to yellowing over time. Both internally and externally sized, it provides a balanced absorbency and surface strength for repeated layering and blending.
