A pale coloured solution that increases the gloss and transparency of water colour. Thin with water.

I mixed this with different watercolour paints, and got some interesting results. In particular mixed with ultramarine and burnt umber, it produced a great metalic look for an old Yorkshire range that was in a painting I was creating of my great grandparent's living room!
