The Derwent Super Point Mini Manual Pencil Sharpener features a durable helical blade that will sharpen your pencils to a fine point ideal for detailed work. Features of this sharpener include:

• Durable Helical blade sharpens to a fine point.

This pencil sharpener will take graphite and coloured pencils up to 8mm in diameter. This sharpener is not suitable for chalk, crayons, pastel pencils and soft colouring pencils as they can clog up or damage the cutter blades.

If you find that your sharpener is not working effectively it is possible that a loose lead has been caught inside the mechanism. If this is the case you should take the sharpener to pieces and check for any broken pieces of lead that may be preventing the sharpener from sharpening.
