The colours can be blended together with a slightly wetted paintbrush while applying an overall light wash creates a vivid, ink-like translucency.

My Favourite Pencils
I use Inktense for all my art work, if I want to do a sketch, I can get lovely soft colours. Or, a controlled water colour, I normally use as pencils and then add water, this brings out a much stronger colour, other colours can then be added to the wet surface, I really enjoy using Inktense.
