  • Performs exactly as described, a valuable addition to my equipment. - Artograph Flare100 Art Projector

The projector is very light and easily placed in position using the standard camera tripod fitting. The light source brightness is fine for my purposes as I use the projector over short distances. Although I have not yet used the built-in grid patterns, they look useful for composition. • Good tool, could be brighter. - Artograph Flare100 Art Projector

I'd been thinking for awhile about purchasing a projector and after reading the many reviews I opted for the Flare 100. Initial setup is very straightforward and I quickly managed to get images onto the supplied flash drive (it won't process images which are too big, I kept them to under 1mb). I had to purchase the adapter for my iPad, a touch irritating considering the cost of the projector but necessary all the same, I now plug straight into my iPhone or iPad and images are right there. I've read reviews where people have commented on not having a zoom function on the projector but if you use the iPad you can zoom to your hearts content! Down side is that the Flare 100 isn't as bright as the adverts claim but it's usable and I certainly recommend it. David Beard (Fochabers, United Kingdom) on 7 Jan 2017
