We are now working with a reduced number of staff and with some working from home. We still continue to take measures in our office and warehouse to practice social distancing whilst continuing to work, as well as frequent hand washing and sanitisation of work areas. Our aim is to keep everything working, whilst also keeping everyone safe and healthy.
At the moment in the UK the Royal Mail and our couriers, DPD and UKMail are still collecting and delivering as normal. All are offering a 'contact-free delivery service and you will no longer be required to sign for any parcel. We also have a field for delivery instructions where you can leave specific instructions as to where you would like your parcel to be left.
Please note: There is currently around a 2-3 working day delay on DESPATCHING parcels from our warehouse.
Delivery is usually around 1-3 days after it has been sent.
We have now reinstated our Express Shipping option. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be sent same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a working day will be sent the next working day. All Express orders will be sent on a next day service. However, the service is not guaranteed, and whilst most parcels do arrive next day, please allow 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive. The express option may not show up for some postcodes in the highlands and islands, if this is the case, call us or email us and we can send you a link to pay for express delivery.

Please try to place your order on our website. Due to a reduced staff, we now only have 1-2 phone lines open, during office hours, which are very busy. If you get the music, you are in a queue, please keep trying or if you can't get through please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you would like us to call you back, please include your phone number.
If you need to contact us with an enquiry or about an existing order, please try to use our live chat facility where possible, or email us email@example.com. Emails are being replied to quickly, and continue to be checked and replied to over the weekend. If you would prefer to phone, you can call us on 01204 690 114 during normal office hours, but please note our phone lines are very busy.
All couriers are now operating contactless deliveries. Also, due to the volume of parcels going through their systems, parcels will be returned to sender for unsuccessful deliveries. Please make sure your address is correct and leave delivery instructions as to where the parcel can be left if you are out or unable to answer the door. Drivers will leave parcels when they deem it safe to leave.
Direct deliveries of Winsor & Newton and Reeves canvas cartons have been suspended as from 24th March.
Unfortunately, due to the increasing disruption, we have taken the decision to suspend orders outside of the UK. We hope to reinstate them as soon as we can and apologise to all our international customer who will not be able to order from us during this period.
We do not have a date as to when we will resume international orders.
Our shop showroom closed will remain closed to members until further notice. This is both for the safety of our staff and customers.
We are now accepting orders over the phone or by email to collect at our warehouse. If ordering by email, please include your name and full address with your order.
At the moment we will be operating this service in the following way:
Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be available for collection on the next working day after 12 noon.
Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Fri, will be available for collection in two working days from 10am.
You will be advised when you place your order when it will be available to collect. We are working towards improving these collection times.
All orders must be paid for in advacnce and a valid ID must be brought to collect the order.
It is a worrying situation for a lot of people though, and we know that a lot of our customers fall into the category of people who will be asked to self isolate for the coming months. This can be a daunting prospect, especially for those who lack local support. We would like to share the following link which is a list of groups set up in different areas which has volunteers who are able to help you out with shopping, getting medication, or even picking up the phone for a friendly chat.
