We are still very busy at the moment, but are pretty much down to our normal times for sending out orders
We still continue to take measures in our office and warehouse to practice social distancing whilst continuing to work, as well as all wearing face coverings, frequent hand washing and sanitisation of work areas. Our aim is to keep everything running smoothly, whilst also keeping everyone safe and healthy.
Royal Mail and our couriers, DPD and UKMail/DHL are collecting and delivering as normal. All are offering a 'contact-free delivery service and you will no longer be required to sign for any parcel. We also have a field for delivery instructions where you can leave specific instructions as to where you would like your parcel to be left.
Please note: We are currently sending most parcels the same day or next working day after the order is placed.
Delivery is usually around 1-3 days after it has been sent.
Please note: Parcels sent by Royal Mail are NOT trackable. Royal Mail have some delays in their network meaning that 1st class can take up to 10 working days to arrive, although most parcels will arrive before this time. We are not able to resend parcels which have not arrived until after the 10 working days have passed.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day will be sent same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a working day will be sent the next working day. All Express orders will be sent on a next day service. However, the service is not guaranteed, and whilst the vast majority of parcels do arrive next day, please allow 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive. The express option may not show up for some postcodes in the highlands and islands, if this is the case, call us or email us and we can send you a link to pay for express delivery.

We are taking orders on our website, or by phone. We now have all our phone lines open, but they still get busy at times. If you get the music, you are in a queue, please keep trying or if you can't get through please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you would like us to call you back, please include your phone number.
If you need to contact us with an enquiry or about an existing order, please email us email@example.com. If you would prefer to phone, you can call us on 01204 690 114 during normal office hours.
All couriers are now operating contactless deliveries. Also, due to the volume of parcels going through their systems, parcels will be returned to sender for unsuccessful deliveries. Please make sure your address is correct and leave delivery instructions as to where the parcel can be left if you are out or unable to answer the door. Drivers will leave parcels when they deem it safe to leave.
COVID and Brexit together have caused many problems with International shipping. Added to this, a shortage of staff to handle all the extra paperwork that international shipping now entails has meant that we have had to suspend most international shipping. We are working on the adaptations required to our website to handle the new VAT system for EU orders and have taken on extra staff to help in the office and the warehouse. We hope to reopen EU shipping in July. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, we hope to resume as soon as we can.
Due to ongoing problems Royal Mail are still having delivering abroad, we will be using a courier for all international orders. Please see the list of countries below, along with the shipping price per parcel:
VAT will be removed from our prices when you order. Local import taxes may apply to your order when it reaches your country. Import taxes vary in each country and to get this information, you will need to check with your local Import tax authorities.

We are happy to announce our shop is now open again! Although goverment guidence on Covid-19 regulations has now changed, to keep our staff and customers safe, we will be maintaining the safety measures we put in place before the restrictions were lifted. There will be a limit of 2 people in the shop at any one time, please make sure you wear a mask unless medically exempt, and sanitise your hands upon entering the building.
We are accepting orders over the phone or by email to collect at our warehouse. If ordering by email, please include your name and full address and contact phone number with your order.
At the moment we will be operating this service in the following way:
Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be available for collection on the next working day after 12 noon.
Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Fri, will be available for collection in two working days from 10am.
You will be advised when you place your order when it will be available to collect. We are working towards improving these collection times.
All orders must be paid for in advacnce and a valid ID must be brought to collect the order.
It is a worrying situation for a lot of people though, and we know that a lot of our customers fall into the category of people who will be asked to self isolate for the coming months. This can be a daunting prospect, especially for those who lack local support. We would like to share the following link which is a list of groups set up in different areas which has volunteers who are able to help you out with shopping, getting medication, or even picking up the phone for a friendly chat.
