We are happy to say that we now have everyone back at work! We still continue to take measures in our office and warehouse to practice social distancing whilst continuing to work, as well as frequent hand washing and sanitisation of work areas. Our aim is to keep everything working, whilst also keeping everyone safe and healthy.
We have now reintroduced some international shipping. We will be adding more countries over the coming weeks, so if yours isn't listed yet, please check back soon. See below for the full list and shipping prices.
At the moment in the UK the Royal Mail and our couriers, DPD and UKMail are still collecting and delivering as normal. All are offering a 'contact-free delivery service and you will no longer be required to sign for any parcel. We also have a field for delivery instructions where you can leave specific instructions as to where you would like your parcel to be left.
Please note: We are currently sending most parcels 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
Delivery is usually around 1-3 days after it has been sent. Please note: Due to Covid disruption, Royal Mail 1st class can take up to 10 days.
We have now reinstated our Express Shipping option. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be sent same day. Orders placed after 12pm on a working day will be sent the next working day. All Express orders will be sent on a next day service. However, the service is not guaranteed, and whilst most parcels do arrive next day, please allow 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive. The express option may not show up for some postcodes in the highlands and islands, if this is the case, call us or email us and we can send you a link to pay for express delivery.

We are taking orders on our website, or by phone. We now have all our phone lines open, but they still get busy at times. If you get the music, you are in a queue, please keep trying or if you can't get through please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if you would like us to call you back, please include your phone number.
If you need to contact us with an enquiry or about an existing order, please email us email@example.com. If you would prefer to phone, you can call us on 01204 690 114 during normal office hours.
All couriers are now operating contactless deliveries. Also, due to the volume of parcels going through their systems, parcels will be returned to sender for unsuccessful deliveries. Please make sure your address is correct and leave delivery instructions as to where the parcel can be left if you are out or unable to answer the door. Drivers will leave parcels when they deem it safe to leave.
We have now started international shipping to the following countries. Due to ongoing problems Royal Mail are still having delivering abroad, we will be using a courier for all international orders. Please see the list of countries below, along with the shipping price per parcel:

Our shop showroom will remain closed to members of the public until further notice. This is both for the safety of our staff and customers.
We are now accepting orders over the phone or by email to collect at our warehouse. If ordering by email, please include your name and full address and contact phone number with your order.
At the moment we will be operating this service in the following way:
Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be available for collection on the next working day after 12 noon.
Orders placed after 12 noon Mon-Fri, will be available for collection in two working days from 10am.
You will be advised when you place your order when it will be available to collect. We are working towards improving these collection times.
All orders must be paid for in advacnce and a valid ID must be brought to collect the order.
It is a worrying situation for a lot of people though, and we know that a lot of our customers fall into the category of people who will be asked to self isolate for the coming months. This can be a daunting prospect, especially for those who lack local support. We would like to share the following link which is a list of groups set up in different areas which has volunteers who are able to help you out with shopping, getting medication, or even picking up the phone for a friendly chat.
