Avoiding Parcel Scams

We want all our customers to remain safe when ordering online. We will keep you up to date with your order, from when your order is placed, with an order receipt, to it being sent out, with a dispatch notification email. Please read the following advice and feel free to conact us if you have any questions or concerns about any communnications you recieve regarding your order.

Royal Mail

If your parcel is sent by Royal Mail, you will receive an email directly from us letting you now your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail 1st/2nd class post. We do not share your email address or phone number with Royal Mail so Royal Mail will not contact you directly by email or phone. If you get a text message or email from Royal Mail - especially if it is asking you to pay some money, do not respond - you can report it here.

If Royal Mail have a problem delivering your parcel, they will leave a card at your delivery address.

Courier

For UK customers we use UK Mail/DHL and DPD to send out parcels. If we send a parcel by courier, you will receve an email directly from the courier letting you know the parcel is on its way, along with any tracking information.  The couriers will never ask you for additional payment. 

Protect your Information

  • Never send sensitive personal infomation, security information or credit card details by email.
  • Never click on a link or open a file attachment on an email if you are unsure about it.
  • Make sure you have a spam filter on your email account.
