A great product

"This is a great product. I simply would not be without it now.
I purchased it from your store when visiting my family. Ron Hales my father is a customer of yours and he was so thrilled to finally come in to your store to meet you. He is housebound. We spent a wonderful hour purchasing art supplies.

I have not been able to purchase the electric eraser in Australia. I am trying to persuade our local art store to look into them.

I have sent them your site so they can see the product in your catalogue.

Poor quality mechanism (Electric Eraser (with 5 erasers))

"This product has a push button operation which is very sticky and difficult to operate, sometimes it wont go on at all - definitely not good quality"

Ken Bromley's replies: I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the electric eraser. It sounds like you have received a faulty one if the button is not working so we are going to send you a new one.

Great for clean erasing of small areas
