Pros and cons...

"First of all I want to stress that I like Artisan oil colours. I bought them to see if they are worth trying and as advertised they do behave much like conventional oil paints. Washing them with water and soap is real advantage for someone using it in the house. Odor is pretty much like conventional oil (no turpentine though - I miss it's smell but my wife is happier this way)
On the down side: The selection of hues is odd (which is becoming a habit for W&N) since in the set of 10 they DIDN'T include basic 6 which they recommend!? Second regret is that just as I bought this set they issued much nicer wooden box (with 8 colours) and I definitely recommend that one instead (+ buying additional paints to enrich the palette - get the missing basic colours + Black & White) and you should be OK."
