V.A.T
All prices listed on this site include V.A.T. and are shown in British Pounds (GBP). The current rate of V.A.T. is 17.5%.
For orders being sent outside the EEC, we will deduct the VAT from the order manually.

CARRIAGE COSTS
Shipping charges for most U.K. mainland orders will be £3.95 for orders under £40.00. Orders being shipped to the Highlands, outer islands and N Ireland are subject to a surcharge of £2.50 for orders weighing over 1.2 kilos. Orders under 1.2Kg will be the same postage charge as rest of UK mainland. Orders shipped outside the UK will be charged at cost for postage. We will contact you with the calcualted postage cost once you have placed your order. You can then accept the charge and your order will be processed. See our full shipping policy.

Please note: A separate contract is being entered  for express shipping when it is being requested.  Per the distance-selling act, you do have the right to cancel within 7 days, but not once the express service has started.  In plain English, the cost of express postage would not be refunded if the product was returned, unless the goods delivered were faulty. It is possible to cancel the express shipping as long as the order has not been shipped.

SPECIFICATIONS
If you buy the goods which have an unsuitable specification which was not apparent from our website, we will accept the return of the goods in good condition and original undamaged packaging and offer an option of a refund or exchange. The goods can be returned to us within 10 days from receipt at your expense. Please phone us first before returning the goods to let us know what the problem the product is.

PRIVACY
All information taken by Ken Bromley Art Supplies is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. We will only use any information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information collected about you includes, name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details. We will retain all information about you on a database. The information collected will be used to process your order accurately and may be used to inform you of any offers or news from Ken Bromley Art Supplies. It will not be used to inform you of any offers from any third parties. If you do not wish to hear from Ken Bromley Art Supplies, you will be given the option to unsubscribe from this. You can update any information we hold on you at anytime by contacting us with any amendments.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Transactions are encrypted using powerful 256-bit encryption technology when using our shopping site. All credit card details are also stored in an encrypted form.

GUARANTEE
It is our policy to guarantee all products sold by us are delivered in good condition and within the manufacturers quality tolerances. If the goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

We offer a "no quibble" 12 month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

RETURNING GOODS

If the goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will organise replacement or refund including cost of delivery.

If you receive an order and decide not to keep it, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods and return goods in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

Before returning any goods, please phone us on 01204 381900 or email us returns@artsupplies.co.uk to explain the reason for return. We will give you an authorisation number which must be marked on the outside of the package. Please do not return any goods without the authorisation number.
We will also suggest the best way to return any goods.

If goods are faulty or have been sent in error the cost of returning the item will be refunded. If an item is returned for any other reason, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

SAFETY
Some artists' materials contain toxic or flammable substances. Material Safety Data Sheets are available on request. No art materials should be ingested or inhaled.

LIABILITY
Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us.
Also we cannot be liable for any losses for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.
